Windsor Hills Neighbors, Inc.
WINDSOR HILLS NEIGHBORS, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization under the rules of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Incorporated and originally Chartered by the State of Maryland in May 1949, It is bounded by Gwynns Falls and Leakin Parks on the south, Clifton Road to Lyndhurst Avenue to Gwynns Falls Parkway; Chelsea Terrace to Woodhaven; through the woods to Westchester Road; then to Fairfax and the Conservation Trail back to Gwynns Falls Park. Neighbors meet quarterly. All residents of the area are welcome at all meetings.
We have a strong neighborhood association with an elected Board of Governors the meeting days are listed above. The association includes all residents as members, Paid members may vote on issues, policies, and the budget. With a 100+ year history of diversity (ethnic, economic, social, racial, family composition), where tolerance and acceptance are practiced daily, we strive to cooperate with our neighbors and nearby institutions, including Cahill Recreation Center, Greater Walbrook Coalition, and Friends of Gwynns Falls/Leakin Parks.

Neighborhood Association Active Committees
Safety Committee- Members meet and discuss safety concerns; the chair attends the Community Relations Committee meetings with the City of Baltimore.
Membership Committee- The chair of the membership committee keeps records of and collects dues and passes out voting cards when necessary.
Housing Committee- Actively reports on vacant houses and houses that are in violation of housing codes, including overgrown grass, trash violations, etc.
Trail Committee- Is in charge of the upkeep of the trail and plans the opening and closing clean-ups twice a year.
